This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The public hearing will be held on 10/26/2017 at 7:30PM before the Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments Board of Directors.
