Region K is home to 53 long-term care facilities. These facilities offer services ranging from supervision and intermediate care to skilled nursing care to the residents in our region.
Long-term care facilities are licensed to operate in Franklin, Granville, Person, Vance and Warren counties and monitored by Community Advisory Committee members through the Regional Ombudsman program.
The North Carolina Division of Facility Services maintains an online directory of long-term facilities across the state.
