Regional Planning

The Kerr-Tar RPO region has several Comprehensive Transportation Plans (CTP) underway. These plans are multi-modal vision plans meant to address transportation concerns in a specific area, usually a county or city, and make recommendations for solving those concerns over the next 25-30 years.

The Comprehensive Transportation Plans currently underway or completed are:

Granville County, including Creedmoor, Oxford, Stem and Stovall

City of Louisburg

Franklin County, including Bunn, Centerville, Franklinton, Louisburg and Youngsville

Person County, including Roxboro

Warren County, including Macon, Norlina, and Warrenton
