Local area workforce providers JobLink Career Centers in Caswell, Franklin, Granville, Person, Vance and Warren counties offer comprehensive year-round services in-school and out-of-school to youth ages 14-21.

Skills Training
Youth aged 16-21 (and 14-15 during the summer) receive training in basic skills and work readiness, as well as a summer youth experience.

Counseling and Personal Development
Young people aged 19-21 receive helping with soft skills and counseling to help them gain work skills and find employment.
