A pre-bid meeting for the release of four (4) Essential Single Family Rehab (ESFR) Rehab projects, which are funded by NC Housing Finance Agency will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Kerr –Tar Regional Council of Governments, 1724 Graham Avenue, Henderson, NC.  Three of the projects are located in Granville County and one in Franklin County.
