The Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments Workforce Development Board announces the release of a ‘Request for Proposals’ to provide employment and training services for young adults ages 16-24 with barriers to employment in the areas of Franklin, Granville, Person, Vance, and Warren Counties.  All services shall be provided under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act for Program Year 2017- July 1, 2017- June 30, 2018. An Information Session will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 20th at Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments, 1724 Graham Avenue, Henderson, N.C., for potential bidders to present questions and receive additional information.  A teleconference option is also available during the Information Session. Interested parties should contact Ben Foti at bfoti@kerrtarcog.orgto learn more about the Information Session or be added to the email distribution list.  An RFP packet is also available at www.kerrtarcog.org.
