SCRC is excited to announce that the 2025 State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) Grant Program is open and accepting pre-applications!
This year, $21.1 million is available for investment in critical infrastructure, economic development, community resilience, healthcare access, and workforce training across parts of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Who Can Apply:
-State governments
-Local governments (village, town, city, county)
-Federally recognized Indian Tribes
-Nonprofit organizations with 501(c) status
Key Dates:
-Pre-Application Release: May 12, 2025 (today!)
-Pre-Application Due: May 27, 2025
-Full Application Released (no later than): June 20, 2025
-Full Application Due (no later than): July 18, 2025
Applications must be submitted through the SCRC Grants Portal at grants.scrc.gov. Applicants are encouraged to contact their State Program Manager for additional guidance. A list of State Program Managers is available in the NOFA and at grants.scrc.gov.
