The October 28, 2021 meeting of the Kerr-Tar Rural Transportation Planning Organization (KTPO) TAC & TCC will be held in-person at the Council of Governments’ offices located at 1724 Graham Avenue in Henderson from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Current CDC and State of North Carolina social distancing protocols will be followed.
